Can't add outlook.com email or a google based email
I've been using TB for years. Recently, I uninstalled it to try other mail clients. I decided to get TB working again but I'm incredibly frustrated that I'm unable to get an outlook.com account and my nexamortgage.com account working. The NEXA account is google based and is usually quite easy. I also have a Keller Williams account that is also Google based and that worked fine on TB just before I tried to setup my NEXA account. I have tried to enter both manually and have tried multiple different IMAP, SMTP Port settings and Server settings, but nothing is working.

I closed TB and re-opened it and now I was able to get the NEXA account to work, it did the google prompt right away. However, the outlook.com account still won't create the Microsoft prompt and it keeps saying Authentication failed without the office365 prompt ever appearing.
I deleted my profiles and all of Thunderbird including all files in Library. I reinstalled it and tried again. Now I was able to get the outlook.com account to work but I cannot get the nexamortgage (google) account to work again, despite being able to do it just before deleting everything. It won't prompt for the google login. However, I can get my kw.com (keller williams) account to work and that is also google based.
