I have been reading many posts about this printing problem. Most say to change the page setup on the file menu but most of the time this is grayed out. All solutions that I have read to date do not work and this is most frustrating as you can imagine. There seemed to be something about a bug in the program and I would love to get a patch or other update if possible. Will have to not use Firefox if this cannot be fixed! Thank you.
